Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in general administrative and clerical support to ensure company operations are maintained in an efficient orderly manner.
Responsible for collection, sorting, distribution of mail and faxes. Coordinated posting of mails.
Assist in ordering of supplies from vendors.
Prepare ordered items or stocks for delivery to customers.
Maintain records, filing systems and computer files.
Support and assist on any other tasks or duties that may be assigned.

REQUIREMENT:

Knowledge or experience in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge on Accounting system would be an advantage
Good coordination and communication skills
Able to give keen attention to details with high level of accuracy

Duration: 3 months – April to June 2015

Working Hours: 9AM – 6PM (Monday to Friday) / 9AM – 1PM (Alternate Saturdays)
