Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, photocopying and data entry
  • Manage simple office administration duties
  • Generating daily reports etc
  • Attend to incoming phone calls
  • Assist in other admin duties & projects

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Level welcome to apply
  • Able to commit for minimum 2 months

WORKING HOURS:
