Job Description

• Assist in implementation and roll out of HRIS project
• Provide support in planning and administering of training and development programmes
• Part of the new office project team to ensure
o Compliance with Workplace Health and Safety Regulatory
o Establish and review of Office Management Policy, Procedures and Operations such as 5-S House-keeping (PDPA),
Open concept rules and regulations
o Establish Facilities Maintenance standard operating procedures, key performance indicator and service standard
• Any other duties as assigned

• Diploma in Business / Human Resource / IT preferred
• Prior relevant work experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Meticulous and highly organized
• Able to work with various departments and foster teamwork
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resource work
• Candidate must be able to commit at least 3 months of service
